A new board was elected at our January, 2009 neighborhood meeting:

Upcoming Events:
- Neighborhood Garage Sale, May 9 th - 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P. M. To participate, email us at email@canoasgarden.org or phone Gary at 269-0796. This will help us in the placement of signs and advertising.
- Game Night: March 20 th at 7:00 P.M: Tony and Barb Medina’s home, 914 Redbird Dr. Bring refreshments.
- September Neighborhood Picnic – date TBA.
- Christmas in the Neighborhood: Tree orders will be taken in October.
- Block party dates TBA. A movie projector is available.

Neighborhood Watch Program:
If you would like to organize this program for your street, please contact Gary Smith, 269-0796 or gesfs@sbcglobal.net.. Ten households are required.
Neighborhood Committees
The Social Committee plans events such as the garage sale, the neighborhood picnic, and game night. The Beautification Committee is very active in the spring and summer, picking up trash. Please enjoy the daffodils planted in the park on the corner of Wren and Almaden. If you would like to participate in any of these committees, please contact us.
CGNA Annual Dues
Thanks to those who have submitted the $10.00 dues request. For those who would like to submit their dues, an envelope is attached.
Projects Around Our Neighborhood:
Venetian Terrace (Scottish Rite Development):
Construction is expected to resume very soon.
Meadowbrook Plaza Development:
The property is for sale and has been recently cleaned up.
